lost d partition on an upgrade thats where my factory is

Hello All i have a HP  Stream x360 running windows 8 during an upgrade it wiped out my d: partition where my factory restore lives is there a way i can get it back or can someone tell me where i can purchase the os one a usb thats where microsoft pointed me
