i lost the data due to some windows error and all files are deleted and the file explorer is also deleted permantely, i cannot find the file explorer in search and the file locations are changed automatically and the apps which are installed that shows not installed.i have wndows 11 active but while doing the checkup there shows that it is not active and microsoft 365 also not working,i  am uable to login with my outlook id in laptop

To try launching file explorer, do Windows logo key + E

 

If that does not work, there is no way to reinstall File Explorer; so, you would have to do a complete Windows reinstall and will lose everything in the process, including Microsoft 365 -- if that came preloaded on the computer.
