Product: HP model: 11/V025wm X7T72UA#ABA

I went of vacation last week and took my Chromebook. I had so sign-in and when I did, I lost all my files.  I came back home later, thinking that when I signed in again, I might reconnect to my files.  I did not.   Several years ago I lost my files on my desktop and my husband (deceased) told me how to convert to an older version and backdate the computer and I found my files.  I don't know if this is available on this Chromebook or if it will even do this.  Please help
