I lost all the information restored on hard drive.  I was creating partitions and system crash.  now I can not reboot the system to go to recovery.  There is no backup nor system recovery.

how I can program it to the factory setting

I'm presuming you did not bother to make an image backup BEFORE you started messing around with partitions, right.  So now, there is nothing to restore FROM.

I presume you tried pressing Esc to get the HP Startup Menu and then selecting restore - F11 -- and it did not work?

Additionally, HP no longer carries Recovery Media for Windows 7, so there is nothing you can order from HP to use to restore your PC to working condition.

SO, unless someone else comes along with a link you can use to get Win7 OEM media or recovery media, you are stuck.
