This issue could occur if the redundant log files are not deleted.

 

Please follow the steps listed below to overwrite redundant log files.
1. Click the System option under the Windows Logs drop-down menu.
2. Next, click the Properties option on the right-hand side pane.
3. Navigate to the General tab.
4. Check the Overwrite events as needed (oldest events first) box.
5. Press Apply and then press OK.

When i start my computer , i receive  always this message " the windows event log service must be running" how can I eliminate the message ? thank you for help me ?

I thank you for your reply and your help in order to resolve the problem 

Because i didn't find the the following numbers 2 and 3 on my computer, I used the function "eventvwr.msc"
