Product: HP ProBook 450 15.6 inch G9 Notebook PC (674N1AV)
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

had Microsoft 365 pre-installed and fully working on my HP ProBook (Serial: 5CD3061FHQ). After formatting my laptop, I lost access to it. Now, Microsoft 365 is asking me to activate or purchase it again. I checked HP’s software and driver page, but there’s no Office installer or digital entitlement showing. Since my laptop is still under warranty, I need your help to confirm whether it came with a Microsoft 365 license and how to recover or reinstall it if so.
