Bonjour,

le Windows 10 de mon PC était bloqué à 1909. J'ai décidé de faire un recovery pour repartir sur de bonnes bases et là, windows est bloqué à 1709 et refuse tout autre mise à jour. Pouvez-vous m'aider ? SVP

Hi:

You have two options:

1.  You can use the HP cloud recovery tool to create a bootable USB recovery drive that will reinstall Windows, the drivers and the software that originally came with your PC.

Here is an info link for how to use the utility.  You will need a 32 GB USB flash drive to create the recovery media with.

You can download the software from the Microsoft Store.

2.  If you still are stuck at v1709, clean install W10 by making a bootable W10 installation flash drive with the Media creation tool from the link below.  This will install the latest version of W10 (22H2).

Télécharger Windows 10 (microsoft.com)

After W10 has completed installing, you can install the drivers and available software from your notebook's support page.
