Hi!

I have here a hp 255 G10 with windows 11 64bit and are missing a multimediacontroller with the following hardware id: PCI\VEN_1022&DEV_15E2&SUBSYS_8BA5103C&REV_01

Hope someone can help how I can solve this.

Hi:

 

The graphics driver should have installed that device.

If have already installed the graphics driver, you will have to manually install the driver for that device that I zipped up and attached below:

 

To manually install the driver, download and unzip the attached file to its folder.

 

Do not do anything with the files in the folder.

 

Go to the device manager. Click on the multimedia audio controller needing the driver.

 

Click on the driver tab.  Click on Update driver.

 

Select the 'Browse my computer for drivers' option and browse to the driver folder that you unzipped.

 

Make sure that the Include subfolders box is checked and the driver should install.

 

Here's a partial copy and paste of the driver setup information file which shows driver support for that hardware ID.
