Hi @saundra74
Welcome to the HP Support Community! We're here to help you get back up and running.
I understand the Play Store app is missing, and you'd like to get it back.
If this is on an HP Chromebook 11A G8 EE, please note that Google Play Store availability depends on ChromeOS settings and device management policies. In many cases, the Play Store can be enabled from Settings > Apps > Google Play Store. If that option is not present, the Chromebook may be managed by a school or organization, or Play Store support may be disabled on the device.
To better understand the situation, could you share:
- Is this an HP Chromebook or an HP Windows PC?
- Do you see any message when searching for "Play Store" in Settings or the launcher?
- Is the device personally owned or managed by a school/company?
This information will help determine why the Play Store app is missing and the most appropriate next step.
We're looking forward to helping you get back up and running!
Regards,
Hawks_Eye
