mistakenly deleted HP disk for preinstall application and windows 7 original HP image

i recently installed windows 10 2015 but it didnt let me install and automatically deleted “Recovery” “HP_tools” and other disk i dont remember names, and now my touchpad wont work, my AMD CPU wont install the drivers, and i wont be able to recover my original windows 7 professional HP image. is there any workaround into recovering these disk

you might try these drivers first to see if you can get 10 to work

Download the drivers and see which can be installed.

Alternately try ubuntu desktop.

i do not know how you expect me to install without wifi because the disk also had the driver for my network

Use library PC.  Some downloads may require admin rights so check with librarian.

how does a library PC going to download the drivers for me

i used a usb 3.0 to install the drivers from my main laptop and now my laptop i was trying to fix works the touchpad works but the wifi adapter wont install for no reason. thanks for the help

although for some reason when i try to scroll on the touchpad it just locks the mouse instead of scrolling
