Bonjour, vous êtes ma dernière chance

le clavier de mon HP ne fonctionne plus du tout depuis hier

J'ai tout tenté: vérification des options d'ergonomie, réinitialisation du PC, remise des valeurs par défaut du bios, mise à jour du bios

Aucune touche ne fonctionne! et le voyant de la touche MAJ reste allumé. 

Pour le moment j'ai connecté un clavier externe via le port USB et celui ci fonctionne mais ça va pas m'aller trop longtemps cette histoire

mon HP est le suivant HP - 15-dw0062nf 

Quelqu'un pour m'aider?
