I'm experiencing a frustrating issue with my HP Elitebook Pro 840 G1. The mouse cursor seems to have a mind of its own, constantly shaking, stuttering, and jumping around even when I'm not touching it. At first, I suspected a broken mouse pad, but after replacing it, the problem persisted. I've exhausted several troubleshooting methods, including attempting different USB mice, changing USB ports, updating drivers, cleaning the mouse pad, and adjusting my mouse pointer options settings. However, none of these solutions have resolved the problem.

Therefore, I'm reaching out to seek your assistance in dealing with this persistent issue. If any of you have encountered a similar problem or have suggestions on how to fix it, I would greatly appreciate your input. Your expertise and guidance would go a long way in resolving this frustrating situation.

Thank you all in advance for your support and suggestions.
