Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

Hi,

by some reason
my laptop can't load any OS including System Recovery mode and external USB flash
Can it be because of BIOS ?

HP PC Diagnostic can start and run.

All system tests are passing.

was able to fix that by upgrading BOIS and firmware
