Welcome to the HP Support Community.
- This is Windows built-in driver/feature , there is usually no 3rd party driver to download.
When did you start experiencing this issue ?
- If it happened today or recently, try "turning back time" by using System Restore in Windows (if it is active)
Please, perform "System Restore" first in an attempt to fix the issue. Please, restore back to previous days (restore point) where the issue was not present. Here is more info:

If the problem started long time ago, or if System Restore did not help,
- try using DISM and SFC
While being online and from an elevated Command Prompt, you should first run
DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth
and then end with
sfc /scannow
Eventually, try rebooting and repairing the driver in Device Manager
