Product: HP ENVY X360 - 13-ar0005nt

Hello dear qualified;
I experienced a problem with my HP Envy X360 13-AR0005NT computer. It did not wake up from sleep mode and the screen was black. It was plugged in for almost a day and it felt hot to the touch. I tried to wake it up but nothing worked. I had to force shut down the computer by holding the power button for 10 seconds and then restart it.
