Product: HP Laptop 15s-fq4xxx

Im on Arch Linux and i have recently switched due to wanting better performance because of windows takes up too much RAM and resources overall, however, when I've changed I've noticed a difference in how long my battery lasts and I've tried any listed tool like tlp and CPU auto freq and power tune but nothing seems to be working is there anything I can do to make my laptop last 7 hours like it does on windows or do I have to be stuck with my device lasting 3 hours on arch Linux

 

My device:HP Laptop 15s-fq4xxx
Im guessing its a driver issue but I'm not sure
