I'm getting a message saying that 404 error URL is not available on this computer, does anybody knows what that means

That error means the URL for the web page you are trying to open has been entered incorrectly.  This could also mean that the website is down or is preventing access to it.  In any case, apart from ensuring the URL you are entering is correct, there is nothing you can do about this from your end.  This has to be fixed by the website.

GM!  Yes your answer was very helpful,  I have another question for you, every time I turn on my laptop I get a message saying mobil player is not responding,  and It has an X on there, would  you know what that is and how could I get rid of that message off my computer,  it is slowing me down when boot up, because I have to exit that message out first, I appreciate your help very much and thank you
