What caused the problem in the first place?
Power glitch? Upgrade to windows 11?
Microsoft or HP update? Add a new device, memory, etc?
Have you run diagnostics?
Tap the ESC key after powering on to run diagnostics.
Do not allow any updates if disk or memory fail.
If you pass diagnostics (memory and drive) then the BIOS cannot find the OS.
Something wrong in BIOS;. Go in to the bios setup and on every page, look for and
click to "set defaults"
Save and reboot. Lemme know what happens
Please provide the Product ID or Model name for better assistance. Preferably the full product ID including the characters after the # symbol. This code may be needed to find cloud recovery files.

Most likely, this means that your drive is dead and all of the data on it is lost. Drive will likely need to be replaced. If it's out of warranty, I recommend taking it to a repair shop if you're unsure what you're doing. If it's in warranty, most likely HP will need to replace the drive.
