Product: HP ENVY x360 Convertible Laptop PC 15m-ed1013dx

Hi!

i have an hp envy laptop It wont recognize my fingerprint I dont know my pin, it prompts me to microsoft which i dont know my information for that. All my stuff is saved in my laptop. I tried all the reset options but not getting anywhere. I need to use my laptop please if anyone can help me I would greatly appreciate it. Thank you.
