Product: HP 250 G8 Notebook PC (1T4J8AV)
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

Hi i had been uploading photos from camera memory card, at the same time norton was doing a driver update. once finished i restarted the notebook as asked.The keyboard  stopped working .panicing i did a restore ,and updated norton. i spent all day following instructionson what to do .Keyboard is not there in device manager was it ever there? hp dont have thee driver availabe to download and its bank holiday so noone available . hope someone can help . TIA
