HP ENVY x360 Laptop - 15m-ed0013dx

Wow, I could totally use some help here.  I'm trying to figure out how to get the keyboard, mouse pad and touchscreen to work on this laptop.  I figure I would try here before I paid for hp support.  The keyboard work in bios, and works when I first reinstall the operating system, but as soon I do install updates from windows update, the keyboard falls out.  External keyboard and mouse work, and the touch screen remains unresponsive.  I've tried reinstalling drivers, installing windows from a external drive, disabling the internal graphics card, running tests in bios to see if there is a hardware issue.  Note:  Under device manager, I don't see anything for touch screen or touchpad.   I think I may have issues installing the drivers as well.  I download the files from the HP website, unzip them and then I try to find the .exe file within the folders and not sure if that is how it works.  Maybe a bit of guidance on how to install drivers as well.  Thanks

Sorry no one has bothered to respond to you before this ...

Issues like this are the reasons why I BLOCK Windows from doing ANY driver updates.  It would not be the first time Windows replaced a working driver with a faulty one.

Since your PC came with Windows 10, here is a community Win10 forums thread about blocking driver updates:
