@AbhishekRaushan, Welcome to HP Support Community!
Update your Windows Operating System to the latest version. You can try the following steps:
1. Press Ctrl + Shift + Esc to launch the Task Manager. Click More details at the bottom if you only see the simple window. Then on the Processes tab, locate Windows Explorer. Right-click it and choose Restart.
2. If your Taskbar is present, but you can’t click on any of the icons, you can try a few PowerShell fixes.
Type PowerShell into the Start menu, then right-click its entry and choose Run as administrator
Enter the following command to re-register all apps:
Get-AppXPackage -AllUsers | Foreach {Add-AppxPackage -DisableDevelopmentMode -Register "$($_.InstallLocation)\AppXManifest.xml"}
After this, navigate to C:\Users\[Username]\AppData\Local. Find the TileDataLayer folder and delete it. Hopefully, after a moment, this will fix your Taskbar up.
Also, run the Hard drive and memory test on your PC-
-
Turn on the computer.
-
Immediately press the f2 key repeatedly, about once every second, until the UEFI menu opens.
When the UEFI menu opens, select the diagnostic test you want to run, and then follow the on-screen instructions.
Keep me posted for further assistance.
Cheers 🙂
