HP Recommended Solution: Please visit the HP Techcenter To Resolve Diagnostic Errors that Appear During Startup

 

My laptop in most cases doesn't come up it is a startup issue. Sometimes, it might take days before it will come up. What do I do?

Immediately after powering on start tapping the Esc key. This will open a menu where F2 System Diagnostics is an option. Tap F2 key and run the tests.

Thanks. I have diagnosed it and it says, system cannot startup. Visit the centre for help
