I have owned my laptop since 2022 here recently a so called friend was trying to help me recover access to my iphone. Yet this so called friend deleted my original operating system and replaced it by installing a operating system registered to a differnt laptop model and now my laptop will not let me log into my original accounts because it says i am not operating Windows 11 yet when i try to install windows 11 home edition I get the message that i am already running Windows 11. I cant even do a system restore he wiped them all out. I am hoping that there is some way to remove the fictious operating system and reinstall the version that was on my laptop when purchased and registered
Thank you.
Desperately Hoping it can be fixed

You can use the HP cloud recovery tool to make a bootable USB recovery drive that will install the original HP factory operating system, software and drivers on your notebook's drive.
Here is the link for how to use the utility. You will need a 32 GB USB flash drive for this:
HP Consumer PCs - Using the HP Cloud Recovery Tool in Windows 11 and 10 | HP® Support
You can download the software from the Microsoft Store:
HP Cloud Recovery Tool - Free download and install on Windows | Microsoft Store
Since you have to use the utility on anther PC you will have to enter your notebook's product number in the tool's search window in order to proceed.
The problem is...the 552L9AV product number is for the entire model series consisting of many individual model numbers/product numbers and you can see from the huge list below.
If you have your notebook's serial number enter that in the search window and it should provide the exact product number of your notebook.
Once you have that number you add a #ABA after it, for example: 5T9T8UA#ABA
