Go ahead and tap F2 when you see that look for component tests then in the storage category run the long test on the hard drive and report results back here. Either the hard drive is bad or there has been a major software issue wiping out the Windows boot files, more likely the former.
Be alert for scammers posting fake support phone numbers and/or email addresses on the community.
