my payment date is out and i fail to pay due to some emergency my grandfather is very serious i forget to payment and claim the my offers plz heply me out

I'm sorry but we have no interface with finance and no way to interact on your behalf regarding any payments or promotional offers.  You will have to contact HP Customer Support and deal directly with them about this.
