I have HP Envy 4502. Love this printer. All of a sudden I could not print from emails online. I think something like spooler came up. I could print out a test from the computer. It is connected manually not WI-FI.

Here’s a step-by-step guide to troubleshoot and hopefully fix the issue:
1. Restart the Print Spooler Service
- Press Windows + R, type services.msc, and press Enter.
- Scroll down to Print Spooler.
- Right-click it and choose Restart.
- Try printing from your email again.
2. Clear the Print Spooler Queue
- Open the Services window again (services.msc).
- Stop the Print Spooler service.
- Navigate to: C:\Windows\System32\spool\PRINTERS
- Delete all files in this folder (they are just stuck print jobs).
- Start the Print Spooler service again.
3. Try Printing from a Different Browser
If you're printing emails from a web browser (like Chrome, Edge, or Firefox), try switching to another browser. Sometimes browser-specific issues can interfere with printing.
4. Update or Reinstall Printer Drivers
- Go to Device Manager.
- Find your printer under Printers.
- Right-click and choose Update driver.
- Or go to HP’s official support site and download the latest driver for the HP Envy 4502.
5. Run the Windows Printer Troubleshooter
- Go to Settings > Devices > Printers & scanners.
- Select your printer and click Manage.
