Hi @smrilapi

Welcome to the HP Support Community! We're here to help you get back up and running.

Thank you for sharing your laptop details.

If the right-side keyboard keys stop working only while using YouTube or certain websites but work fine otherwise, this could be related to software or browser issues rather than a hardware problem.

Here are some steps to troubleshoot:

1. Test Keyboard Outside Browser

Open a text editor (Notepad or Word) and check if the right-side keys work normally.

If keys work fine here, the issue is likely browser-related.

2. Try a Different Browser

Use another browser (e.g., Chrome, Firefox, Edge) and test if the keyboard behaves the same on YouTube or those websites.

If keys work in a different browser, try clearing cache and cookies in your usual browser or reinstall it.

3. Check for Browser Extensions

Some browser extensions can interfere with keyboard input.

Disable extensions one by one and check if the issue resolves.

4. Update Keyboard Drivers

Open Device Manager (Windows + X > Device Manager).

Expand Keyboards, right-click your keyboard device, and select Update driver.

Choose Search automatically and install any updates found.

5. Run Windows Keyboard Troubleshooter

Go to Settings > Update & Security > Troubleshoot > Additional troubleshooters.

Find Keyboard and run the troubleshooter.

6. Check for Windows Updates

Ensure your system is fully updated as fixes sometimes improve device compatibility.

If the problem persists outside browsers or in all apps, it may be hardware-related, and further diagnostics or servicing could be necessary.

Let me know the results of these steps or if you need more help!
