intente colocar mi compu a modo de fabrica con hp recovery manager y fallo y después no consegui más usar y tuve que reinicia mi compu a modo de fabrica con windows y después entre a la pagina de hp a buscar el driver de hp recovery pavilion para descargar y solo esta disponible la actualización entonces estoy necesitando el driver de fabrica de hp recovery el que venia original de fabrica para poder restaurar correctamente
