Microsoft Windows Vista (64-bit)

Looking for Windows Vista Home Premium OEMAct 64 bit install CD.  My hard drive failed and need to install vista on the new hard drive.

HP never has provided operating system downloads for consumer class PC's, and only recently (like in the last year or so) have they provided operating system downloads for the newer business class PC's.

 

Unless it was a very old PC, where they used to provide recovery media in the box, consumer class PC customers always have had to order (and pay for) recovery media.
