Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have an HP Pavilion laptop 15-ck0xx and i'd like to know where i can find a new cmos battery. Every time at 20% of battery the laptop turns off. Then appears the error 502 that is for the invalid bios. I tried to follow the resolution of the error and I did all well, but again the laptop turns off and appear the same error, so i think that the problem is the cmos battery, can you help me? thank you.

It is also called RTC battery, many machines do not have this part but your machine has. You can buy from

 

           https://partsurfer.hp.com/Search.aspx?searchText=811080-001

 

or use part # and search online including eBay
