Hi @Leonilo,

Welcome to HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.

Experiencing repeated blue screen crashes on a new HP Omen Transcend 14 is frustrating, especially after recently setting up Windows 11. Here are some steps that can help diagnose and potentially resolve the issue.

  • Check for Windows Updates: After installing Windows, there may be critical updates or patches available that could resolve stability issues. Go to Settings > Update & Security > Windows Update and check for updates.
  • Update Drivers: Since Windows was installed by a third party, some drivers (especially graphics, chipset, and storage drivers) may not be optimized for your laptop. Go to HP’s official website and download the latest drivers for your model.
  • Run the Windows Memory Diagnostic Tool: Memory issues are a common cause of blue screen errors. You can run this by typing “Windows Memory Diagnostic” in the search bar, selecting the app, and following the prompts to check for RAM issues.
  • Check for Compatibility Issues: Ensure the Windows version you installed is fully compatible with your Omen Transcend 14. HP might have specific recommendations for a stable configuration.
  • Use Event Viewer to Identify Errors: Go to Event Viewer > Windows Logs > System and look for any critical errors or warnings related to the crashes. This can sometimes pinpoint specific drivers or hardware issues.
  • Run Hardware Diagnostics: HP laptops often come with built-in diagnostics. Restart the laptop and press F2 repeatedly during startup to enter the diagnostic tool. Run a full system check to identify any hardware issues.
  • Check for Third-Party Software Conflicts: Sometimes, newly installed third-party software can cause crashes. If you installed any additional programs, try uninstalling them temporarily to see if the issue resolves.

I hope this helps.

Take care and have a good day.
