well first its changed languages. also when using the shortcut for system info everything is blacked out have to go to advanced. but still cant see serial number using pc software. please help this is a brand new computer.  tried to use regular support but they not recognize the s/n and or product number thats on the box

well i did try but wm has 15 day policy. and hp goes by sellers policy. but i did fix. that problem. there was button on lower right hand screen where i could tap and chg back to english. and removed all other languages showing. but then my wireless wasnt working either sooo. i reinstalled windows and formatted pc. all good now
