Good news...I found this reputable 3rd party website that has all the drivers you need for your notebook including the last BIOS update (F.20) HP released for the 550:

 

HP 550 drivers (driverscollection.com)

Hi:

 

What drivers do you need?

 

It looks like HP retired support for your notebook since it is more than 15 years old.

 

You should be able to use a most of the Vista drivers from the HP 6910p notebook.
