this msg is for the suport team that dont provide support in a timely manner and besides that is just so hard to reach ... but i would like to get a fresh start because obviously you dont provide any information on what we are getting ourselfn into by purchasing one of youre equipment and you leave people with less knowledge of pc all bulnearable and alone to have to deal with it people who know there way around and manage to get into youre pc when ever they want ,,
so cai please schedule a a date with support to provide me with a fresh start of my pc since its being runned remoetly by who knows who ?/its very uncomptable the way my situation is since i purchased youre pc it all has gone from bad to worse..
