this msg is for the suport team that dont provide support in a timely manner and besides that is just so hard to reach ... but i would like to get a fresh start because obviously you dont provide any information on what we are getting ourselfn into by purchasing one of youre equipment and you leave people with less knowledge of pc all bulnearable and alone to have to deal with it people who know there way around and manage to get into youre pc when ever they want ,,

 

so cai please schedule a a date with support to provide me with a fresh start of my pc since its being runned remoetly by who knows who ?/its very uncomptable the way my situation is since i purchased youre pc it all has gone from bad to worse..

Steps to Reset Your Laptop:

Open Windows Settings:

  • Press Windows + I or go to the Start menu and click on the gear icon to open Settings.

Navigate to Recovery Options:

  • Click on System.
  • Scroll down and click on Recovery.

Reset this PC:

  • Under Recovery options, click the Reset PC button.
  • Choose Remove everything for a complete reset.

Choose How to Reinstall Windows:

  • Select Local reinstall to use the existing system files or Cloud download to download a fresh copy from the cloud.

Follow the On-Screen Instructions:

  • Follow the prompts to reset your laptop. This process may take some time.. Updating Drivers and BIOS

After resetting your laptop, it’s crucial to update your drivers and BIOS to ensure your laptop runs smoothly.

Steps to Update:

HP Support Assistant:

  • Open HP Support Assistant from the Start menu or download it from the HP Support Assistant page.
  • Use it to check for updates and install the latest drivers and BIOS updates.

Manual Download:

Using HP Diagnostics Tools

HP provides various diagnostic tools to troubleshoot hardware issues.

HP PC Hardware Diagnostics Windows:

Download and Install:

Run Diagnostics:

  • Open the diagnostics tool and run tests for different hardware components to ensure everything is working correctly.
