Hi Im really hoping someone can help me on this one, i recently downgraded from win 10 to win 7 on my
hp notebook
product number:N5Z06UA#ABA
Model: 15-ac143wm
I didnt do anysort of back up im used to having to retrieve drivers from web but it looks like ive learned my lesson here, none of my USB Ports work (3, one 3.0 and two 2.0) card reader wont read either ive downloaded and installed the BIOS and chipset from HP but cant find the USB drivers, page doesnt load from what i suspect is B/c machine wasnt designed for win 7? Is there anyways I can get my USB ports to work?
I have tried to uninstall usb and reboot to let windows find the drivers and have also tried to install from the list of drivers>selecting microsoft in drop down menu...still no luck
thanks in advance for any help
