HP Recommended

I was playing Roblox then my game froze doing a loud repetitive sound then it shifted to a blue screen with a sad face but I turned off the desktop from the socket and when i turned it on it says non system disk or disk error replace and strike any key when ready

I have tried the installing windows method but my hard drive is indicated as 0.0mb and i cant make any other partition

HP Recommended

You will have to install a new drive and reinstall the operating system.
