not allowing to format via windows 7/8 , and double finger scroll not working

Hi All,

Please help me in this regard.

My laptop is not supporting windows 7 and 8. Currently i m using windows 10, and in that double finger scroll is not working even after installation of synaptics. 

Any one have the about why all this is happening.

Your machine came with FreeDOS 2.0. Its specs

How did you install Windows 10 ? Please start over again using the following source

     https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/software-download/windows10

Then run Windows updates FEW times, one after the others for around 10 or 15 mins.

Hi,

I got the solution for double finger scroll,

Actually my windows 10 version was low for latest ELAN Touchpad Driver

Then I used ELAN Touchpad Driver(Windows 10 v1709 v1803) which is working fine now.

Or we can also update our window for latest version of ELAN to work.

But still I haven't got that why I am not able to install windows 7/8 in my machine, though the same windows I am able to install in my old hp laptop.

For windows 7  --> it shows some error of "acpi not fully compliant windows 7" 

For windows --> it automatically get crashed every time and restart the system

Please help in this regard
