not enough memory to install win 10 updates

I added a memory stick with 32 GB, but there's not enough free memory on the computer itself to install the updates. I've done all the recommended disk cleanups, but that's apparently not enough. What now?

It's not memory; it's disk space.  And your model has only 32GB "disk drive" which is usually nearly full.

In addition, I have found the utility Cleanmgr+ to have LOTS of options for removing Windows junk, including log files. I use it practically every day. You can get it from here: https://www.getclone.app/download/category/11-cleanmgr
