Hello;
Allow me to welcome you to the HP forums!
Your title says "not enough memory", but as you have discovered, it is really a lack of "disk space" -- and there is very little you can do about that, as your PC only has a 32GB "drive", most of which is already used up by Win10.
You can recover some space by following these directions to clean out duplication in the Windows Update repository: http://winaero.com/blog/how-to-clean-up-winsxs-folder-in-windows-10/
If that is not enough space, to do a Factory Reset of the Stream, you have to order HP Recovery Media from this link: http://support.hp.com/us-en/document/bph07143
Good Luck

The link I gave you had nothing to do with installed apps.
Windows Updates, which runs in Win10 without your knowledge or permission, keeps loads of temp files and copies of old files -- which will fill up the drive over time.
The link I provided shows how to remove some, if not all, of that stuff and regain you some disk space.
