Product: HP Stream Laptop PC

i decided to try and factory reset my laptop to start over, and it said i needed more space to factory reset. i tried uninstalling/deleting apps but rather than that freeing up space, it took up more space. what do i do?

The Stream models only have 32GB memory sticks configured to serve as "drives"  and even if you remove everything, Windows till takes up so much room that you can't do a factory reset.

 

Why are you trying to do that -- what is the underlying issue?
