Do you have Window 10 installation media on a USB flash drive or DVD?

If so, have that inserted in the USB port or DVD drive as applicable.

Turn on or restart the PC.

Immediately tap the ESC key to get the menu of options.

Select the F9 boot options menu and from that, select the USB flash drive or DVD as applicable and press the enter key.

The PC should boot from the W10 installation media, and you follow the on-screen instructions to install Windows.

During the setup process, Windows will automatically set up the drive and install.
