Product: spectra x360 convertible Model 13 - ap0039nr
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

My laptop numeric keys  1 thru 4, 7thru0, and down, right arrow keys not working . It is not hardware issue because it works randomly. Have typed the numbers using onscreen keyboard. Have tried all suggested remedies found on the web. Left side and right side of keyboard barring numbers 5 and 6 have problem and ofcourse the right and down arrow keys
