Product: Hp stream 13

nunca he colocado contraseña de BIOS para mi portátil Stream 13 pero aun asi me la esta pidiendo

Probe todas las contraseñas posibles pero debe ser algo de sistema. por favor necesito ayuda, mi tesis esta en mi notebook y necesito recuperarla.  no entiendo por que me da este error. Luego de intentar varias veces me dice System Disabled 27762778
