omen app not giving access to advanced PBO despite updating several times

i have tried to get the advanced PBO options to unlock for me. it says that it requires an update still it isnt working. ive even contacted support and even submitted a feedback from whatever feedback form i was redirected to from the app. please help. PFA screenshot of my issue.
