I want to order recovery media for my laptop. As it is an old model, so online drivers have been removed. How to contact hp representative for this?

HP Recommended

HP will not have recovery media for your PC any longer.

 

They typically supplied recovery media for notebooks for about 3 years after the product release date back in those days.

 

If you just need drivers, this reputable 3rd party website has the drivers you need for your notebook:

 

HP Pavilion - 15-ab219tx drivers
