Hi:

According to the product specs from HP,  your notebook came with FeeeDOS, not Windows.

You will need to find your original W10 product key from the version of Windows you purchased.

If you have the product key, then use the official Microsoft media creation tool to create a bootable W10 USB installation flash drive.

Download Windows 10 (microsoft.com)

Unfortunately i lust the windows key,   how can i solve this problem?

If you purchase a product key at https://softwareg.com.au/collections/windows , plus download the media from the Microsoft site, will that be a full 'legal' installation of Windows 10 ?
