help my laptop windows(windows 10 64 bit) is not updating and speaker is also have some issue

You're giving us no information to work with.

 

To begin, we need to know the specific version of Windows you are running.  To see this, enter "winver" (without the quotes) into the search area and report back what it posts.,


Then, we need to know HOW you are trying to do these updates and what is happening.

hello this is to inform you that my system is not updating and is very slow down , showing
