Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

when i power on my computer and enter password it shows preparing window and it gets reset i.e my all download gets deleted and and am signed out of my all browsers every app needs to be installed it looks like my laptop is reseted so please help with it i had noticed this thing 2-3 time in a row
