My friend has a HP Mini 1000 I made several attempts to try and reset the bios to get into the PC and it doesn't happen this is what happens every time I put a password in a fails three times and then locks it and I have to reboot it.

According to the Community's Rules of Participation:

4d. No posts shall include instructions or directions intended to bypass or subvert security measures, including passwords, locking mechanisms, fingerprint scans, etc., or to bypass any safety measures.


You need to contact an HP agent and explain the problem.

Sign in to your support page
Select the product you need help with and scroll down to support options.
Select "Contact us". You can change country and language if necessary.

I have contacted them for my friend and there is an issue with that they say in order to reset that password you have to change the motherboard. It is not worth it to change the motherboard to reset that password there has to be another way.
